  7. I'm so happy I found this video. I started p90X nine weeks ago and I'm loving. I can't say enough about how much I love working out with Tony Horton. I love his personality and the way he makes any hard workouts less intimidating. God bless you Tony!

  8. this has been proven wrong, if you run over 3 miles a day more then 3 days a week it can actually have a back effect. it is like a U shape, you need to find a middle balance not to little and not to much to see best results in the long run, there was a man who use to run 100 mile races and dies of a heart attack at 55 from over working his heart

  9. I'm on my 53rd day of P90. I've lost 24 lb so far. I need to lose something like 100-150 more to get to my goal. And god damn it feels good to be on the way!
